Small Pan of Jollof rice feeds 6 people with choice of meat, fish, chicken. Jollof rice traditionally consists of rice, cooking oil, vegetables such as tomato, onion, red pepper, garlic, ginger and scotch bonnet. To enhance the colour of the dish, tomato paste (purée) is added.
Small tray of Asun – serves up to 6 people. Asun is spicy roasted/smoked goat meat! It is not for the faint-hearted but all the heat is worth it! Please indicate how spicy you want it when ordering – regular, medium, or low heat level.
Small pan of eforiro – serves 6 people. Efo Riro is traditionally made with palm oil, spinach, peppers, ground crayfish, and meat.
Small tray of egusi – serves 6 people. Nigerian Egusi Soup is a soup thickened with ground melon seeds and contains leafy and other vegetables. It is one of the most popular soups prepared by most tribes in Nigeria with considerable variation and often eaten with dishes like Pounded Yams.
