African Popup Festival is a premier food and music festival that is held in Brooklyn Flatbush Junction (event started in Harlem 2019). The festival showcases the best local and regional food vendors, retail vendors and well as a diverse lineup of musical acts. We expect to attract a crowd of over 3k visitors over the course of the event.

Our projected budget for the festival is $40,000 with 60% of that being allocated to marketing and publicity efforts.

We will be utilizing a variety of marketing and publicity tactics to promote the festival, including:
- Community Outreach: We would reach out to local community organizations and schools to promote the festival and offer discounted ticket packages.
- We would run ads in local newspapers, magazines, and on local radio and television stations.
- We would reach out to local and national media outlets to generate coverage for the festival in newspapers, magazines, and on television and radio.
